How to remove parents from Parent Guides

This article will take you through the process of removing parents from Parent Guides. Hub administrators can remove parent accounts under My Account in the My Products page.

Note: Once a parent has been successfully added, only Hub administrators and Maths — No Problem! Customer Support representatives can remove parent accounts.



  1. Click the Manage Parents’ access codes link to add parents or generate access codes.

  2. From the Manage Parents tab, click the parent you want to remove.


  3. Review the Parent Account Information page, and click the Remove Parent from Subscription button at the bottom.

  4. Click the Confirm button to remove the parent.

  5. Once the parent account is removed, a success message that says “Parent has been deleted" will display at the top of the screen.
