# How to remove parents from Parent Guides

## This article will take you through the process of removing parents from Parent Guides. Hub administrators can remove parent accounts under My Account in the My Products page.

**Note:** Once a parent has been successfully added, only Hub administrators and **Maths — No Problem!** Customer Support representatives can remove parent accounts.

1. Click the **Manage Parents’ access codes** link to add parents or generate access codes.

2. From the **Manage Parents** tab, click the parent you want to remove.

3. Review the **Parent Account Information** page, and click the **Remove Parent from Subscription** button at the bottom.

4. Click the **Confirm** button to remove the parent.

5. Once the parent account is removed, a success message that says “Parent has been deleted" will display at the top of the screen.
